Maned Wolf, Audubon Zoo, New Orleans, LA, 2009-Jan-31
I took “the big lens”, and the extender, to the Audubon Zoo yesterday since it was a beautiful sunny day here in New Orleans. I decided to practice manual focus, which is definitely not a forte of mine. I left the exposure settings on auto so I could er, focus, on one thing at a time! I think I have finally had some small measure of success using Lightroom2, thanks mostly the kind folks at the PhotographyBB forum, so all of the day’s photos were processed through that software – and I did shoot only RAW. I’ll post one photo here now and later I’ll add the album for the day (re-installing JAlbum).
