Sure, we've had six or seven inches of snow this "winter", but that was all in the past three weeks. Just two weeks ago, I saw my first wasp of the year (I never knew they could be active in February) and back in December I saw a few ladybugs. Santa must have put wheels on the sleigh for this year's deliveries. I’ve been asking the same question.
