It’s funny what things, people, ideas… will give us motivation. The hard part is having to constantly re-find it! :-) I’m discovering that keeping a workout log, which is something I’ve never done before, is helpful - I can see numbers changing so it’s visible progress. I really like that. Even without a concrete goal (”feeling healthier”or “feeling stronger” aren’t exactly measurable!), it gives me something to focus on.
